Done are the days of paint and ink and keyboards glowing in the dead still night. Gone are the pains of the head, the excavation of the memories, the bagging of compact discs into boxes. Shops close, word counts reached, canvas pads used up like a cheap whore. Companies cease to exist, vendor sites are resolved, cheques written out and emails go silent.
It is not so much the world but ourselves that needs to be prepared.
